So, every few months or so we could start a recruiting for MEMBERS that would like to become candidates to be leaders.

These candidates will be picked by leaders, and the general public will not be able to vote on it.

When we pick SOME candidates, we will have a vote for the TOP 3 that would become leaders. We will also have a separate vote on which of any 3 leaders will be DEMOTED to a lower rank, to be replaced by the former candidates.

Remember, this is an idea only. THIS MIGHT NOT HAPPEN.

So, guys. YES or NO on this? If we get lot of 'YES' votes, we might forward this to the leaders.
